Designation form to be kept in a vehicle proving it is a Covered Farm Vehicle.

A required document that must be carried in any Covered Farm Vehicle (CFV) to exempt the driver from certain CDL requirements.

The driver must also meet the 'distance from farm' and 'ownership' rules for the CFV exemption to be legally valid during a stop.
