Transfer of a deceased person's vehicle worth $25000 or less without a will.

Enables a surviving spouse or child to transfer a vehicle title when the total value is under $25,000 and there is no will.

This is the 'No Probate' version of the transfer form; for more valuable vehicles, you must use the [MV-349.1](https://dmv.ny.gov/forms/mv3491.pdf) affidavit.
