Application to replace peeling license plates while keeping the same plate number.

Allows vehicle owners to replace defective license plates that are peeling or faded while maintaining their current plate number.

Take a photo of the peeling plates to submit as proof; if the peeling is a known defect, the replacement fee may be waived.
